Customer Service Representative / Order Desk
Mississauga / Brampton
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00/hour
Job Duties:
- Enter customer orders accurately and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics with transportation and operations teams.
- Manage day-to-day customer service tasks for e-commerce/Shopify fulfillment operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Job Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of Customer Service experience
- Order entry experience - order entry, scheduling, tracking, and proactive updates.
- Ability to manage 5-6 high-volume customer accounts independently.
