We are currently seeking a

Customer Service Representative

to join our front-store retail team. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and enjoys helping others. No experience is necessary -- we provide full training.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed. Provide knowledgeable support for front-store products, promotions, and services. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently for all transactions. Handle exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with store policy. Restock shelves, rotate product and maintain product displays to ensure an organized and visually appealing store. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing incoming inventory. Perform regular stock counts and report low or missing items. Support ordering and restocking processes as directed by management.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math and computer skills for sales transactions. Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required
