As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with purchases, answering questions, and ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed.
Provide knowledgeable support for front-store products, promotions, and services.
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently for all transactions.
Handle exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with store policy.
Restock shelves, rotate product and maintain product displays to ensure an organized and visually appealing store.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing incoming inventory.
Perform regular stock counts and report low or missing items.
Support ordering and restocking processes as directed by management.
Work cooperatively with other staff to ensure efficient store operations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about customer needs, stock issues, and store priorities.
Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
