In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all times.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
Proficiency in data entry.
