Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Conduct analysis of customer feedback to improve service quality. Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications



Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Pay: From $16.00 per hour
