When your actions lead to success.The Customer Service Representative gathers information from customers, sales and manufacturing to ensure a clear, accurate and cost effective product is delivered on time and according to the customer\'s expectations. As an excellent communicator and relationship builder, you will manage the communication processes and build solid partnerships with customers, sales and internal departments.

• Be the key contact for customers on a daily basis.
• Verify client\'s product at various stages, i.e. review proofs, data reports, signoffs, and check samples to ensure that the customer\'s requirements have been met.
• Act as technical resource for all print issues and resolving any quality, design or other production related maters matters.
• Communicate with customer directly to ensure order specifications are captured accurately, costing is accurate and that fulfillment requirements are attainable.
• Recognize when timelines may be in jeopardy and escalate as appropriate to ensure that client requirements are met.
• Ensure that all required project documents, approvals, files and information are supplied to the production team.
• Create manufacturing docket, including prepress, press, post press and shipping. Communicate special instructions and changes when applicable.
• Gather all required information to generate advanced production schedule and communication, monitor and resolve any issues identified with the customer and manufacturing.
• Work with prepress and press to determine most cost effective way to layout and produce a job.
• Maintain proper control over various aspects of each account: customer expectations, job status at any given time and financial performance.
• Provide information for invoicing and monitor and enforce credit conditions.

When your expertise drives us.

• High school diploma, equivalent or combination of work experience.
• Post -secondary education an asset.
• Minimum three (3) years related experience as a Customer Service Representative in a manufacturing environment.
• Printing industry experience an asset.
• Knowledge of production equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, organized and works well with the team.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong skills computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.).
• Understanding of workflow process in manufacturing and related departments.
