Description

The Customer Service Representative's product knowledge enables them to support our customers in Sudbury and the Maritime provinces, accelerate order delivery, and create an exceptional customer experience. A solid team player will have you working collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Technical Sales Representative and the warehouse staff to ensure our customers are getting the best service ever.

Responsabilities

Manage all orders from customers as well as expediting orders by working closely with the production center Generate sales through product information and support Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups Drive product engagement Support exploration product training Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team

Training and Experience

College degree is an asset Three (3) years of related sales experience Knowledge of manufacturing business environment

Skills

Proven customer support experience Strong sense of urgency and task ownership Proficient in Microsoft 365 Strong phone and active listening skills Solid organizational and planning abilities Excellent English communication (written & verbal) French an asset
