Job Summary


As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with our clients, not just selling products but also educating them to enhance their business success. Your knowledge and expertise will significantly impact these relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, taking orders, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries in our showroom and via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems. Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve processes and products. Maintain and stock showroom. Assisting management with tasks.

Skills



Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (oral and written); multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Sales-oriented with experience in the janitorial/sanitation and food industry is an asset. Proficient phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with customers. Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience with customers. Ability to analyze situations effectively and propose solutions promptly. Strong computer and technology skills (Microsoft, Inform and accounting software) A proactive approach to upselling products while maintaining customer satisfaction. Ability to work well independently and thrive in a team environment. Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Dependable and punctual. Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.

Other Requirements



Reliable transportation to 80 National Street, Garson, ON. (There is not public transportation). Work on-site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
