: Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
- Handle customers and provide accurate information and assistance
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
