Customer Service Representative, FFUN Collision, Saskatoon

No actual collision experience required, well train you to be that rockstar and make meaningful relationships with both our customers and your awesome co-workers. The Nitty-Gritty of What youll be doing:

• Be a patient ear to our customers in their time of need (you are super patient, empathetic, friendly, and caring)
• Follow up with customers to provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles.
• Manage customer work orders and our customer information database.
• Address customer complaints/concerns as necessary.
• Booking and confirming customer appointments.
• Produce reports when necessary.

Some superhero traits we are looking for:

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Customer service guru, in other words a people person.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Computer literate and telephone savvy.
• Passion for teamwork.
• Organization skills that put Marie Kondo to the test.
• Bonus points if you have customer service experience in an high volume type setting.
