Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide effective support.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with customers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
