Who we're looking for
OwnersBox is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be to work with the Customer Service Manager and team to ensure we're meeting our customer service requests. You will be asked to respond to customer requests through the various support channels we have established through the ZenDesk platform.
Your Role
Work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services;
Understand the reason for customer contact, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response;
Report any feedback and/or bugs internally through designated channels to identify product improvement opportunities;
Assist with the maintenance of user-facing Knowledge Base;
Assist with monitoring and maintaining user-facing AI Agents;
Stay current on our products and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
Experience handling customer support requests via live chat, email, social media;
Strong communication skills to interact with our users;
ZenDesk (or equivalent platform) experience considered an asset;
Experience with AI Support Bots considered an asset;
You are a highly energetic, detailed oriented and proactive person;
Excellent time management;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Ability to work effectively in team and independent roles;
Sports knowledge (NHL, NBA, MLB, NFL);
Fantasy Sports knowledge is considered an asset.

This is a non-remote position at our office in Kitchener Ontario.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
