This position requires the person to work afternoons and evening shifts.
Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer, client and driver inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Monitoring drivers deliveries to ensure they complete their full routes.
Scheduling drivers for their next shift;
Ensuring all client escalations are dealt with real -time.
Keep warehouse organized and tidy to receive undelivered packages from drivers.
Assist clients with account information, product details, billing questions, and service issues using strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new services and offers.
Manage data entry tasks accurately by updating customer records, tracking interactions, and maintaining detailed logs using Microsoft Office tools.
Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes through analysis skills and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English;
Previous experience in call center environments or warehouse settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
Demonstrated phone etiquette with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently while maintaining professionalism.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while paying close attention to detail during typing and data management tasks.
Good analysis skills to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or escalate issues appropriately.
