Job Introduction

Our growing team is looking to hire a customer service representative with basic knowledge in graphic design to prepare mockups for printed clothing. The Coastal Reign team has had consistent year over year growth. This growth is attributable to the way we innovate in an otherwise traditional industry. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for making sure that client requirements are clearly communicated with our production team.

Job Responsibilities

Duties include but not limited to:

Answering customer inquiries with a main focus on answering phone calls and emails Ensuring that clients expectations are aligned and match the chosen print method Quoting clients on projects Preparing digital mockups on Adobe Illustrator Simple transformations to vector artwork Checking stock for clients

Skills/Requirements

High school diploma Comfortable with working on computers Adobe Illustrator experience highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
