Responsibilities

Experience
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred; familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English are required both written and verbal
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
