Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication and Support
- Provide timely, courteous and professional responses to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (written and verbal correspondence)
Order Entry
- Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system accurately and efficiently.
Issue Resolution and Ownership -
Take full ownership of customers concerns, ensuring resolution is achieved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction issues
Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer service actions and discussions
Workflow and Prioritization
- Organize and manage daily tasks and projects effectively, ensuring service priorities and deadlines are consistently met
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work together with internal teams (Sales, Production, Quality, Scheduling, Finance) to address complex issues and enhance overall service delivery
Subject Matter Expertise
- Maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Education/Experience
5 years of proven customer service experience
Prior experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing environment preferred
Skills
Basic computer skills - MS Office Suite
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Strong client-facing communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail Oriented
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Documentation Practices and Standards of Procedures will be considered an asset
