What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Support customers with our online booking system
Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays and split shifts
Must be able to work from either of our Edmonton office locations
A friendly, service-first attitude
Strong verbal communication skills
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Quick learner with great attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
Ability to meet all pre-employment background screening requirement
