Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports daily operations by managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and assisting internal systems within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders using Dynamics AX.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
• Communicate order status and assist with order entry.
• Create reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Collaborate with office and warehouse teams.
• Support internal systems and resolve customer service issues promptly.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, including inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency with Dynamics AX for sales order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry with strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented, with metal fabrication industry experience considered an asset.
