Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Perform basic repairs tasks with proper training.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
