Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative - Order Management to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing order entry, resolving inquiries, and supporting clients with accuracy and professionalism. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $25.00/ hour
Location: Edmonton, AB
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Accurately process order entry transactions in accordance with departmental procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and courteous support.
Develop a solid understanding of all major product lines to better assist customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, including order discrepancies and returns.
Process credit requests, resolve mis-shipments, and provide proof of delivery as required.
Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to manage customer accounts effectively.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex cases appropriately.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related field.
SAP Order Management experience considered an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Positive, adaptable attitude toward change and new processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Esker.
Prior experience using order management systems
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
