We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edmonton for one year with possible extension.

Here's What You'll Get to Do:

You will be the first face to greet clients that come into Parkland, we are looking for someone who can do that with a smile and enjoys working with seniors and their families. Provide support to clients by answering questions, directing calls, and mitigating their concerns Input client order and other data into various platforms such as our online database Work with the internal departments and other colleagues to meet client needs Work effectively independently as well as with a team Update files, scan paperwork, and perform administrative tasks

Here's What You'll Need:

At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience High School Diploma Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Employment Details:

1 full-time position available at the Edmonton head office. Salary: $18-20.00 per hour depending on experience An alternate work location may be required to help with team coverage
