We are seeking an experienced, friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will also provide product knowledge process orders, and help maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and effectively across phone, email, and face-to-face channels.
Process orders and Invoices
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Accept and process payments.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of accounting software, production operating systems and Microsoft suite of applications.
