Description
Les representants au service a la clientele jouent un role essentiel en assurant une communication fluide entre nos bureaux internationaux et nos usines de production. Sa connaissance des produits lui permet de supporter nos points de ventes aux quatre coins du monde, d'accelerer la livraison des commandes et de creer une experience clientexceptionnelle. Sa proximite avec la chaine d'approvisionnement et l'ingenierie lui assure une visibilite constante sur les derniers developpements technologiques et sonimplication lui permet de les faire rayonner dans notre reseau etendu.
Responsabilites
Gerer les commandes des clients internes (centres clients internationaux)
Generer des ventes grace au support client et aux informations produits
Bien identifier et evaluer les besoins des clients pour optimiser leur satisfaction
Construire des relations durables et de confiance avec ses clients
Traiter les plaintes, proposer des solutions appropriees et s'assurer d'un suivi
Susciter l'engagement envers les produits
S'impliquer dans la formation sur les produits d'exploration
Participer a l'amelioration des processus internes a l'equipe des ventes internes
Coordonner les livraisons internationales avec l'equipe logistique
Formation et experience
Diplome d'etudes universitaire (preferable)
Trois (3) annees d'experience dans un poste similaire relie aux ventes
Connaissance du milieu manufacturier
Competences
Solide experience dans le domaine du service a la clientele
Sens aigu de l'urgence
Connaissance de Office 365 et SAP
Competence eprouvee en gestion des contacts telephoniques et ecoute active
Oriente sur les resultats, rigueur et souci du detail
Solides competences organisationnelles, de planification et de controle
Passionne par la reussite des taches dans le respect des delais
Excellente communication a l'oral et a l'ecrit (francais et anglais)
La maitrise de l'anglais est essentielle afin de faciliter la communication avec des clients et partenaires internationaux et de participer activement a des projets globaux.

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between our international offices and our production plants. Their product knowledge allows them to support our customer centers around the world, accelerate order delivery and create an exceptional customer experience. Responsabilities
Manage orders from internal customers (international customer centers)
Generate sales through product information and support
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with his/her customers
Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups
Drive product engagement
Support exploration product training
Coordinate international deliveries with the logistics team
Training and Experience
College degree
Three (3) years of related sales experience
Knowledge of manufacturing business environment
Skills
Proven customer support experience
Strong sense of urgency
Knowledge of Office 365 and SAP
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Strong organizational, planning and control skills
Passionate about completing tasks on time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
