Position: Customer Service Representative - Direct Delivery (Hybrid)
Location: Guelph, Ontario
Level: Individual Contributor

Description:
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with direct delivery customers to arrange orders in accordance with multiple delivery schedules and deadlines; advise customers of promotional opportunities or new products as appropriate
Investigate and follow through to resolve related service issues, working with warehouse, sales, and delivery staff and supervisor as necessary
Enter orders for direct delivery into Oracle, then release to warehouse management system for shipping
Maintain up-to-date customer information and daily call sheets and update as necessary
Support Ontario Supply group as required
Exchange information with Warehouse staff and Sales Representatives regarding orders and customer issues
Support adherence to quality and food safety standards as required
Perform other related duties, as required
Requirements
Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build effective working relationships, both internal and external to the organization
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast paced environment
Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office applications
Acceptable criminal background check
Ability to support and project values compatible with the organization
Working Conditions
This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
