What do the Customer Service Representatives do:
Provide a positive and personalized customer experience through personal face to face communication, phone calls, email, and messaging channels
Build lasting relationships by understanding each client's goals and delivering personalized solutions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions using internal systems
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction after purchases and address any outstanding questions or concerns
Present additional products or services that align with customer needs, offering added value and support
Determine the most effective and efficient ways to address inquiries and resolve concerns
Troubleshoot common issues with products or services, escalating complex matters when needed
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery

Successful candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is a strong asset
2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer service, sales, or hospitality
