Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Chinese, are highly desirable. The position is located in Delta, BC.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information in a timely manner. Assist customers in navigating the company website, troubleshooting technical problems, and addressing account-related questions. Support customers in understanding their policies and completing transactions such as claims, renewals, and new orders. Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, fostering strong relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention. Handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is necessary. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
