Duties

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account management. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry tasks. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele. Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills to ensure accuracy in documentation. Familiarity with sales techniques and client services will be beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers. Basic computer skills are required; experience with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
