As we grow, we're looking for a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
who can be the voice of our company--ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values of reliability, trust, and professionalism.
Job Summary:
The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients and carrier partners. This includes managing shipment inquiries, updating customers on delivery statuses, coordinating with dispatch, and resolving any service-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
Handle incoming shipment requests, tracking updates, and delivery confirmations
Provide real-time updates to customers on load status, delays, or changes
Liaise with dispatch and carrier teams to ensure smooth operations
Resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate shipment records
Proactively communicate with clients about service expectations and timelines
Support billing and documentation team with necessary customer updates
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in a customer service or logistics-related role (freight experience preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using CRM, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of freight, LTL/FTL, and carrier communication
Familiarity with North American transportation regulations
Experience with dispatch software or logistics platforms
