JOB DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER SERVICE
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Handle and resolve customer concerns
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
Required Education and Experience:
• High school degree and / or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Experience with Customer Service principles and practices
• Healthcare product knowledge is an asset
•Serving Customers Across Canada Since 1972 •
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
