Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional demeanor while handling difficult situations or complaints with empathy and understanding. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and streamline processes.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable. Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, contributing to overall team goals. A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment are essential for success in this role. Pay: $19.55-$21.55 per hour
