Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Take customer orders in person, over the phone, and via online platforms. Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly. Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions efficiently. Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues when possible. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including the counter, lobby, and workstations. Assist in food preparation and packaging as required. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet store goals.

Skills



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset, but not required
