Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Call and schedule appointments with customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Booking appointments and coordinating with different departments
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Oakville, ON L6L6L4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
