Job Description

Colorworks Express Autobody Centers in Leduc, AB is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This person is an integral team member to shop operations, provides a high level of face-to-face customer service and supports customers' needs throughout the repair process. The CSR is the first point of contact for all customers whether on the phone or in person; provides strategic administrative support to front office staff; and ensures the effective, efficient and accurate administration of front office admin tasks.

Responsibilities:



Provides courteous assistance to customers and educate customers on collision repair process Face-to-face interaction with customers Taking photos of and evaluating vehicle damage Capturing a complete list of customers' expectations and if necessary, educating on service deliverables Understanding specific insurers' claims processing policies and processes and following them accordingly Scheduling estimate appointments and calling customers. Record keeping i.e. assignments, insurance instructions, and customer communication notes. Timely two-way communication with/ between internal and external customers Answer the phone, direct calls, and take messages as required. Maintain appearance of the storefront, ensuring it is cleaned daily and always tidy. Providing administrative services effectively and efficiently to ensure that files are accurate and up to date. This includes payments, customer information and documents, purchase orders, and work orders. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



3 years of experience in Customer Service, previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Knowledge of collision repair process and/or auto insurance claims is an asset. Knowledge of shop management software (Bodyshop Connect) and estimating software (Audatex) is an asset. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient data entry skills. Exceptional organization skills. Efficient use of Google Sheets and the Internet. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers.
