You must enjoy communicating with customers, welcoming them into our space, and over watching many of Eurocraft's everyday tasks. Our Customer Service Representative is the person greeting our customers at the front door, regularly interacting with them to schedule estimates and/or repairs. The person chosen for this position also has a crucial role in supporting the shop to remain organized and running smoothly, keeping in mind our very busy, and tight, schedule. This position at Eurocraft is to be considered entry level, with the future potential to have continued learning opportunities and further your growth along this career path. Responsibilities Include:



Foster effective and positive relationships with all our customers by effectively responding to calls, text messages, emails, and walk in business Display to each and every customer how EXTRAORDINARY Eurocraft can be when it comes to both our high quality repairs and our outstanding level of care and consideration for customer service Ensure communication standards are met with both insurance companies and their appropriate customers Communicate and coordinate estimate appointments, repair appointments, rental car bookings, deductibles, etc. Manage payments (including credit card, cheques, and cash handling) Additional duties may also be given at any point in time Position Availability: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (with some potential half days on Saturdays but you would be notified ahead of time)

Minimum Qualifications:



Computer skills - using a dual screen monitor, navigating multiple open programs at one time High School Diploma or equivalent Large ability to multitask Comfort in interacting with multiple parties of the business - customers, team members, and company owners
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
