Ascent Real Estate Management is looking to add to it's growing team with a new CSR (Customer Service Representative), with the focus for this position being at our front desk providing front line assistance to clients. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and a history of providing excellent customer service.
This role requires no previous experience in our industry as full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
The roles performed by this position include:
Dealing with client interactions - in person at our front desk, on the phone and via email.
Sending out electronic notifications via our client web portals and distributing physical mail items.
Providing basic technical assistance to our clients who are using the website for their building.
Assist with basic incoming queries regarding money owed to their building.
This position has the potential for long term growth and will provide cross training in administrative, accounting and property management work.
