The Position
Ready to be the voice of the company and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success?
Reporting to the Plant Manager at the Granby facility, you will play a key role in serving as a vital link between the company and its customers. You will be responsible for thoroughly understanding their needs related to services and operations, and for responding to those needs accurately, promptly, and professionally.
What you will do
Act as a front-line contact for customer inquiries, both internal and external.
Manage orders from entry to delivery, including coordination with scheduling, pre-press, production, and shipping teams.
Review and verify purchase orders to ensure pricing and specifications match estimates.
Communicate with sales reps and internal departments to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Track orders and follow up proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare customer invoices and manage requests for documentation such as certificates of conformity
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer data and pricing within internal systems.
Participate in daily scheduling meetings and initiate pre-production meetings when needed.
Your Profile
DEC or bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar customer service or coordination role.
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. (English proficiency is essential for communication with our English-speaking clients.)
Strong ability to collaborate across departments and engage with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience in a manufacturing, printing, or logistics environment is a strong asset.
Familiarity with order entry and invoicing systems (e.g., Label Traxx or similar software) is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good visual acuity and ability to differentiate colors (important for print-related tasks).
Working Conditions
Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.
