Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Customer Service Representative

with

2+ years of experience

in courier, freight, or logistics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and coordinating shipments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line support to clients via phone, email, and in-person. Process courier and freight orders accurately and efficiently. Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to clients. Resolve service issues, delivery delays, and claims in a professional manner. Liaise with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery. Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience in courier, freight, logistics, or transportation (required). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (experience with dispatch or freight management systems an asset). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
