We are looking for a charismatic person to join our continuously growing, vibrant and hardworking customer service/administration team. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment in order to support our companies goals of providing exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Attending to customers and assessing their needs or desire in order to recommend the appropriate service. Learn pest knowledge to be able to provide information about our product and service and answer any questions from customers. Responding to incoming calls and email inquiries Provide technician support regarding service questions, processing payment or scheduling questions. Learn the in house software system used for scheduling services/quotes Organizing technicians schedules for route optimization Handle customer requests and/or complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
All new hires receive hands-on learning through our in house training program.

This position involves being able to multitask, organizational skills, being quick on your feet for problem solving and most importantly customer service abilities.

What do you need to get started?:



Customer Service/Reception experience no required but an asset Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent. Cheerful, positive and respectful attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident communicating on the telephone and emails Strong work ethic Ability to prioritize and multitask Passionate about providing excellent customer service Attention to detail to provide written and verbal communication to customers Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer and technician needs in a timely manner Abilities to use basic Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different situations

Pay: $800.00-$950.00 per week
