Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Currency Exchange Teller. As a Currency Exchange Teller, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth Currency Exchange operations. Responsibilities: Process various banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns Promote and cross-sell Currency Exchange products and services to meet customers\' financial needs Maintain a cash drawer, balancing cash and transactions at the end of each shift Ensure compliance with Currency Exchange policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Keep updated on industry trends, Currency Exchange products, and services to provide accurate information to customers Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and strive for resolution Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions Knowledge of basic Currency Exchange procedures and regulations Proficiency in using Currency Exchange software, computer systems, and cash handling equipment Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team and embark on a rewarding career in Currency Exchange!
