Customer Service Representative (6 Month Contract)

Calgary, Alberta, On-Site
Compensation: $20/hour, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts. During peak season weekend availability is required and possible extended hours.
DCCHail is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Calgary, Alberta. We are a growing team with opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
• Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
• Outbound calls to customers with status updates
• Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
• Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
• Assist with in person customer service as well as office work

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must possess a valid drivers licence and a safe driving history
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• French is an asset
