Note importante : Ce poste est un poste a temps plein, en bureau. Vous devez etre disponible pour travailler du lundi au vendredi de 9h30 a 17h30.

Responsabilites

Repondre a tous les appels entrants, les chats et les courriels en temps opportun (des appels sortants peuvent etre necessaires) ;

Repondre aux demandes des clients en transmettant des informations pertinentes et exactes ;

Fournir le meilleur service a la clientele en reconnaissant et en resolvant les plaintes et les problemes des clients ;

Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque en possedant une solide connaissance de la marque et des produits ;

Respecter les procedures et les criteres afin d'offrir un service de haute qualite aux clients.

Ce que vous apportez a l'equipe

:

Minimum d'un (1) an d'experience en service a la clientele dans un centre d'appels Bilingue - maitrise de l'anglais et du francais Excellentes competences en communication, en ecoute et en relations interpersonnelles Capacite a gerer des clients difficiles avec empathie et professionnalisme Grande attention aux details et aptitude a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement A l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et en constante evolution Capacite a gerer le stress et a travailler sous pression

Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities



Answer all incoming calls, chats, and emails in a timely manner (outgoing calls may be required); Respond to customer inquiries by relaying relevant and accurate information; Provide the best customer service by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues; Act as a brand ambassador by possessing strong brand and product knowledge; Follow procedures and criteria to generate a high-quality of service to customers.

What you bring to the team:



Minimum

1 year of contact center customer service experience

Bilingual

- fluent in

English and French

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Ability to manage stress and work under pressure Familiarity with Zendesk is considered an asset
