Opening Available for Customer Service Representative!

Robert Half has a fantastic career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Are you someone who loves creating durable and productive customer relationships? This long-term contract / temporary Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you\'re available to work in Concord, Ontario.

Key responsibilities

- Field and send written business correspondence

- Handle incoming telephone calls

- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- 2+ years of past relevant experience

- Strong computer skills including customer database systems

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service

- Customer service experience preferred

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

- Sound written and verbal communication skills
