Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional support to customers by phone and email
Assist with order placement, updates, and tracking information
Answer product-related questions and provide usage guidance
Address general wellness-related inquiries in a supportive manner
Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience in every interaction
Qualifications
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
Comfortable handling customer interactions with patience and care
Detail-oriented and organized
Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
