Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 5:30pm EST

Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers via phone and email with order placement, shipment tracking, product questions, usage guidance, and general wellness-related inquiries.

Responsibilities



Provide friendly and professional support to customers by phone and email Assist with order placement, updates, and tracking information Answer product-related questions and provide usage guidance Address general wellness-related inquiries in a supportive manner Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications



Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional tone Comfortable handling customer interactions with patience and care Detail-oriented and organized Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
