This position greets and directs customers, processes cash receipts, provides information on County services and works closely with the Cash Control department and all other departments.This position also provides financial assistance to the Cash Control department through various financial and administrative duties. Our Customer Service Representatives are continually cross training and sharing duties to ensure excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. Duties of this position include:
