MacArthur's Appliances is looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized
Customer Service Representative
to join our
Parts & Service Department
. If you're familiar with major appliance brands and have a general understanding of how appliances work, along with strong communication skills, this role could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do
Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, accurate assistance
Schedule service appointments and coordinate visits for our service specialists
Order parts, track arrivals, and maintain inventory levels
Prepare parts for customer pick-up or delivery
Deliver parts to customers or service technicians when needed
Assist with appliance movement when required (loading/unloading trucks, helping with showroom moves -- must be comfortable lifting heavy items)
Keep records organized and support day-to-day operations in the Parts & Service Department
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items when needed
Team-oriented and dependable
Valid driver's license is an asset
Experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field is an advantage but not required, we're happy to train the right person
