Your Role: What You'll Do

As our

Customer Service Representative

, you'll play a key role in ensuring positive customer interactions and smooth office operations. Your responsibilities include:

Answering Phones

- Professionally handle incoming calls, answer questions, and direct calls as needed.

Greeting Customers

- Provide a friendly and helpful experience for walk-in customers.

Processing Payments

- Assist customers with payments and ensure transactions are handled accurately.

Customer Assistance

- Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support

- Help with general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.

What You Bring to the Team

Previous Experience
