St. John Council for Ontario (SJCO) is a voluntary agency dedicated to improving the health, safety and quality of life of Canadians through training and community service. We are currently seeking a confident, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our office for a 3 month contract under the Canada Summer Jobs program. Essential Duties:

• Respond to customer email and telephone inquiries in timely manner
• Provide administrative support for training registrations
• Train and utilize Microsoft D365 CRM and Microsoft Business Central (SR365)
• Ensure training records and files for Provincial Clients are maintained in a timely and orderly manner
• Support Accounts Receivable / Payable as requested
• Assist with various other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or Director

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

• Post-secondary education with focus on business
• Advanced knowledge of database software including Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: both written and verbal
• Demonstrated problem-solving/analytical skills

OTHER:

• Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for the Canada Summer Jobs Program as outlined below:
• Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment.
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment; and,
• Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
