A day in the life:

Efficiently and effectively answer questions from customers (ticket sale questions as well as support customers who are on site at event) though phone calls
/li

li
Work in collaboration with a team that is working on site to resolve customer inquiries and problems quickly and efficiently.
/li

li
Be an ambassador for the organization\'s brand and the sport of tennis, delivering a consistently positive experience for customers by demonstrating empathy and urgency.
/li

Successful candidates will have:

Proven skill navigating multiple digital tools and platforms efficiently and effectively.

Working experience in customer satisfaction - hospitality, food, call centre, etc

Demonstrated aptitude for minor tech troubleshooting - If you know how to clear cache and cookies, you\'re set.
/li

li
Open availability to work a variety of shifts which include evenings and weekends
/li
