Job Summary

We currently have a vacancy for the position of Customer Service Representative in our Cambridge office. (Part-Time On Site)

Responsibilities

Prepare applications Renewal reviews Remarketing business Cross-Sell & make coverage recommendations Respond to inquiries from clients & insurance companies Assist clients with claims process Maintaining client relationships Policy Uploads

Requirements

RIBO License is good to have but not required. Minimum of 1 years insurance experience Highly developed customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision Experience with Power Broker, Compu Quote and Company portals is an asset
This is a part-time, On-site

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$31.74 per hour
