Top Level Taekwondo has arrived in Cambridge! Our company started in Milton, Ontario 8 years ago. Our "Top Level" customer service, teaching style and state of the art facilities allowed to expand to a second location after two years in business and now a third location located in Cambridge, Ontario! We are looking for somebody with great customer service skills to serve as a customer service representative when we open for business in September. This person must have great people skills, communication skills, be dependable, have a positive attitude and be of good moral character. The hours:
4:30pm until 7:00pm Mondays - Thursdays Fridays 4:30pm-6:30pm 9:30am -12pm Saturdays with occasional events in the afternoon with additional hours. (When the academy grows we plan on adding more classes to our class schedule and will increase the hours accordingly) Duties Include: -Membership sales
-Greeting customers
-Taking Calls
-Answering Questions
-Working with our Instructors to provide the highest level customer experience! Our team will provide all necessary training to help put you in a position to be successful! Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
